Do not use baking soda as toothpaste.

Okay, it's been a few months, heck, maybe it's already a year that I have been using baking soda as toothpaste.

Well why use baking soda in the first place? When did you even consider that idea? I notice from the past that deodorants leave stains on shirt and when I wear that shirt for the second time it's just horrible. So I searched for an alternative. Then I found out Roosh's video on YouTube that he uses baking soda as deodorant and so I use it also and it's pretty effective. Unlike scented deo's that masks your body with girly door, baking soda just keeps my armpit from stinking.

So that got me thinking, why not use it also as toothpaste? Well it feels weird the first time I tried it, as if I'm eating sand, on the bright side, I don't feel that sting on my throat as compared when I'm using Colgate.

Now this is the side effect. The effects baking soda makes my mouth alkaline. Well, that's not good. The entire digestive system should be slightly acidic because bacteria and yeast doesn't thrive in acidic environment. That's why bacteria proliferated in my tongue and making it milky white causing bad breath. I don't want that.

How did I undo and clean my tongue? Oil pulling. What oil? Coconut oil. The first time I spit, daan it was a yellowish spit, it clearly cleans my tongue. I repeat it again and again until my spit turns white.

I told my mom about oil pulling and she said she also notice that my breath isn't foul.

Now I know.

I later found out that chewing cinnamon is a good mouth freshener.

So here's the trivia, I recently searched the internet for the highest paid jobs and guess what appeared - cosmetic dentistry. Yes most of the jobs talks about teeth, jaw, face. This job requires precision.

Mining the human psyche: humans have desire to control another human.

Children are the most interesting creature, they have no filter in their head. I was playing with my niece, she was in fourth grade, well we are eating mini oranges and she was observing how I react eating those sour goods and she kept feeding me just to see my reaction over and over again. To push the experiment further, I now refuse to eat the oranges and she insisted, if I refuse she will tickle me, she knows I don't like being tickles and so she threatens me that way, that was her blackmail.

As I observed, humans have an innate, dark desire to control and to be controlled, such is the roleplay phenomena, it just felt good, addicting, just a dark desire nobody want to admit.

Feed your fantasy.

Most of the things that shapes the world are the consequences of man's fantasies. Roads, buildings, cars, processed goods, music, literature, most, no, all of these are because of man's vice. Wait so it's a good thing men have vice, it's the very thing that keeps them moving. Greed, pride, selfishness, this attributes should disattatch the idea of good and evil and should be seen objectively. If it ruins the person then it must not be used, if it grants courage, self-respect, self-reliance to the owner, then it's good and should be utilized as per usage.

Anyway, I'm reminded of the machismo archetype in the Cordillera. It seems the society is deeply conditioned for men to be assholes yet still a gentleman, what do they want, men in full ADD? That's it, I'm not going to change because society expects it so... but if its for the greater good, why not?

As I am writing this, my relatives are outside playing the guitar, bullshiting each other with talks, drinking gin, which I just can't comprehend how do they do it? Fuck this shit. Was there a problem with me?

But here's the thing, men are masters of roleplay, men master to play any kind of role whatever. So what game do you want to play?

I am a cosmic artisan, my works are in accord with the heavens. The music, literature, buildings, songs, language, food, clothing, all are in accord with the natural flow of the universe and of nature.  I am a good listener.

Pride before fall?

That is just a saying. But maybe its true. I failed my circuits class for being so much of myself. It still stings. It's a hard pill to swallow but I should be a chameleon really.

That brings me to the other point. Change depending on the person bringing the problem. And use psychology. Use goddamn psychology. It works.

Being a chameleon. There will be pros and cons on being one. The pros would be a lucrative path oiled up by fake smiles and sweet talk, I hate say this but people are stupid, do it or die.

Again, one point to ponder is that I'm already twenty years old, I'm now an adult, I should be working, building my house, driving my car, having a wife and kids. That's what was supposed to do, right? But my life was enshrouded by responsibilities. First a responsibility to pass all my quizzes and exam as a student, responsibility to be a man, earn money, provide food, do the tough work, discipline the children, do not be murdered, know the legal shit, it's hard to be a man, you must carry a fucking load, you must carry a fucking load. Then you ask, what's the incentive in all of this futile work? It's gives you a purpose to live that's why you idiot. We are all Sisyphus. We are all Sisyphus. Fucking mules. Do all the hard work then go through the knife. Bullshit. But you must. Because you have self respect and you don't want to be a loser so now you want a house you want a car you want wife and kids. Let's say I'll marry tomorrow and then I have my kid at the end of the year, maybe I'll father four also, two year gap, so when I'm already forty, my first will be 20, second will be 18, third will be 16, last will be 14. So when I'm 44 they are all adults. What the fuck am I gonna do now? My strength is failing and my dreams are covered in dust of work. So what do I have when I'm 46? Money, wife, house, car. Retire and wait for death? What the fuck! How about today? Strength and intellect. And what do you do? Pondering shit. Then what should I do? Fuck? Travel? Just be a slave. Why dwell your thoughts on your weakness. This is a loser mindset. There are millions of losers out there. Why join?

Mimicking animals stretching.

Surya namaskar. Sun salutation.

Captain Ajit Vadakayil penned a yoga stretching in alignment with the rising of the sun. It is called surya namaskar which means sun salutation.

I have watched a Russian channel, this was run by Kurney, a man with a smooth fatherly voice, he also know the sun salutation and he tells a little bit of history on the gods and demons of Pakistan and India. He said it was interesting to note that these two countries are not only separated by borders but also religious views. The gods in Pakistan are the demons in India while in India, the gods (devi) are the demons (asura) and the demons are gods. Funny thing right? It seems that Pakistan and India are once a whole but it was divided in a joke mirror.

He narrates that the yoga is an act of sacrifice to the god Shiva, god of destruction. Shiva is depicted as a blue skinned young man, sporting with a long man bun, holding a triton spear that was tied with two drums, who wears a tiger skin and sits in lotus position in a carcass of a bear, is one of the triad of major gods, joining him are, Bramah, the creator god, he was depicted as an old white bearded man with four heads symbolizing an all-knowing god looking at the four cardinal directions, he also sits in lotus position and have multiple arms also, and lord  Vishnu, God of the universe.

So Kurney said he was doing the sun salutation for quite some time. Initially it felt good but after some time he feels the opposite of the desired benefit. He feels drained, not good. And so he tells there was this actress who despite of age, looks young and having an energy of a youth. She must have mimic the behaviour of animals. Kurney then presented pictures of cats, bears, dogs, that was stretching, in reference per position of the yoga.

Eventually, Kurney modify some of the positions and he said after he have changed that he felt much better.

So what are my thoughts on mimicking animals in leading my life. If it's for the better, then why not? But there are things animals do that seems stupid. Should I give examples? Dogs eating cat poop, dogs mating. So what's wrong there? Dogs eat because they're hungry, they x c.f. no sense of pride, dignity, love, etc. animals in general are pulled by the strings of their stomach and genitals. That's it. To survive and to populate. Such is nature. It must bear fruit. It was designed that way.  Okay I agree. So what's separate man from animals? The ability to think. Thoughts are what makes the world changing. Change. Nothing good or bad. Just change.

I would like to add what I learned from Dr. Jordan Peterson. It's a story about the zebra stripes. Unlike the lion with brown fur which perfectly adapts to the arid environment, the zebra has black and white stripes which stand out in a brownish environment. Now there are scientist that was there observing and also finding out the reason why this was so. And as they are writing on paper, then they look at the particular zebra, then write again on the paper, they couldn't distinguish the zebra from the herd and so they place an ear tag to the subjects but what's end up was that the zebra that was tagged are the ones killed by lions. So the scientist concluded that the zebra stripes act as an optical illusion to mask the size, strength, position of the zebra therefore more difficult to focus on a single target bewildering the predators and if it true that lions see in black and white, then, that was a perfectly designed feeding system I tell ya.

Knowledge preserve itself.

Most people can read, few understands. This is hidden knowledge, a knowledge hidden in plain sight.

Why some people learn about this while others are not? Intellectual blindness?

The Hegelian Dialectic

The Hegelian Dialectic is a formula in getting what the person want by firstly creating a problem, an artificial problem that is carefully planned and outlined as to agitate certain response to the victim, this will lead to the second move and that is to present solutions as to trick the victim in believing he has a choice in solving this problem, unknown to him, the choices only lead to the same place, that is on the benefit of the presentor.

Maybe that's why Captain Ajit Vadakayil says that the Hegelian Dialectic preys on the innate nature of humans - that is to trust.

It's easy not to fall victim for this scheme on not trusting anyone and relying on evidence, logic, and mathematical countercheck. But there are cons in counterchecking anything that you encounter because verifying the truth that compels you that it's true takes significant time and chances are you can be wrong on your deductions.

So shall I do with it? Practice Hegelian Dialectic itself and see the loopholes and weak points on this diabolical pet.

I will digress here, I have an instructor, a one mean and tough guy, who really hates cheaters, there was this two students of his that were repeaters and enrolled again on his class, our instructor previously scheduled the first quiz and we had it, on the day of returning the quizzes, when it's time for their papers he just went into commander mode, our instructor asks why does his paper has large written letters when the required space that should be used is minimal. Sir knows that he enlarges his writing for his comrade to read what he had written at the back. So sir reprimanded them badly in the class. The next meeting they were absent.
