Left Brain Gear On

I want to switch to the technical side of my brain, I asked for it, and it was given.

These are the things that I've noticed:

I'm breathing in both nostrils but it more dominant on the left nostril

I feel my left side head is tingly an itchy feel

What did I do achieve it? Ask.

It's night and my brain should be preparing my body to sleep but hey I found it.
